There is one sovereign God, who eternally exists in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, made known by His virgin birth, His nature as both God and man, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of God. When Jesus returns to earth, He will receive His Church and judge the world.
THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead, proceeding from both Father and Son, but equal with them in authority, power, and glory. He convicts people of their sin, gives life to penitent believers, sanctifies the child of God, and enables us to love God supremely. We believe in the leading of the Holy Spirit in our daily life.
The Bible is the only inspired and perfect written word of God. It gives us guidance for living a Christian life.
Salvation is deliverance from sin and the possession of spiritual life. This only comes through a personal faith in Jesus Christ as the Savior, who, through His love and sacrifice, draws us to Him.
BAPTISM / COMMUNION
Christian Baptism and Communion are Spiritual Realities beyond water, bread, and wine. Baptism is an inward receiving (indwelling) of the Holy Spirit, who is our continual help and guidance. Communion is the daily receiving and realization of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
Wherever two or three are gathered together in the name of Jesus Christ, He is present in the person of the Holy Spirit. This gathering is the local church, where we are to be in unity with fellow believers and glorify God in all we do.
