MEET OUR NEW YOUTH PASTOR!

On September 1, 2001, Jennifer Phillips moved from Wichita, Kansas
to
Carlisle to serve as our Youth
Pastor.
She is 23 years old and was born on November 21, 1977 in
Wichita,
Kansas. Her family consists of
parents, Gail and Joe; and three sisters,
Cassandra (14), Danelle (20), all living in Wichita, and
Laura (25) and
1st Lt. Joe Hammond, who live in Killeen, Texas where he is
stationed
at Fort Hood.
Jennifer recently graduated from Barclay College in Haviland,
Kansas,
where she received her degree in Youth Ministry. She also
sang in
Worship Teams, special choir, etc. She played on the
college basketball
and volleyball teams.
Jennifer attended Northridge Friends Church in Wichita where she
helped
with the High School Youth Group.
Taking mission trips to Mexico is her favorite thing to do.
She has gone
on mission trips to Mexico every year for the last 9
years.
Besides working half time as our Youth Pastor, Jennifer is working
at
Goodrell Middle School in Des Moines as a half-time Spanish
interpreter.

calling Jennifer to Iowa and our
church.
